Biography
Roel Bakkum founded his vocal studio in 2011 to create a place where everyone can develop their voice optimally.
After completing his studies at the Amsterdam School of the Arts, he pursued the 3-year Estill Voice Training Pathway in London with Anne-Marie Speed. Additionally, he took many courses and lessons to learn multiple vocal techniques and methods.
In his studio in Amsterdam, he works extensively with professionals from the TV, theater, and music industry. He also taught at conservatories in London (Mountview and Doreen Bird College) for several years.
In addition to providing singing lessons, he works extensively with corporate professionals to improve their vocal usage and presentation. He does this for companies such as ABN Amro, Booking.com, Zilveren Kruis, weGrow, and many others.
The mix of professional singers, management & executive-level professionals, and people who simply enjoy singing is the right blend that makes the work as a vocal coach challenging and varied for Roel.

Biography
Anne is a speech therapist and, in addition to her work as a singing teacher, helps many students improve their vocal usage, as well as with accent reduction, dynamic speaking, and other common vocal issues.
As a singer, Anne began her career many years ago. After being an active (pop) singer in Curaçao and the Netherlands, she wanted to learn more about vocal technique and the world of musicals.
Upon her return to the Netherlands, she started taking singing lessons following the Estill Voice Training Model and completed level 1&2 courses with Anne-Marie Speed. She discovered that in addition to performing as a singer, she also enjoys helping people with their vocal technique. That's why she now provides singing lessons and voice training to both beginner and intermediate singers. Additionally, Anne specializes in laryngeal massage and can assist with globus sensation and muscle tension in and around the larynx.

Biography
Fréderique graduated as a dance teacher from Codarts in Rotterdam. In addition to dancing, she has always taken singing and acting lessons, which led to an extensive career in theater after her graduation. Fréderique has been performing in many musicals and music theater productions for 30 years (including Billy Elliot, Chicago, Mother Courage, In bed with Dietrich and Piaf, The Big Three, Into the Woods, and many more). She received the John Kraaijkamp Musical Award for Best Supporting Actress for her roles in Cabaret and A Little Night Music.
Fréderique is regularly affiliated with various conservatories and associations as a teacher of song interpretation, audition coach, acting coach, and director. Her voice can also be heard in countless animated films. In short, she is a passionate and experienced teacher whose passion is to enable as many people as possible to enjoy singing, help them grow, and boost their self-confidence.
Fréderique is a Master Universal Voice Teacher.

Biography
Dune graduated from the Leeds Conservatory in England in 2020. She specialized in singing and pop music. In addition to giving singing lessons, she is known as a singer and songwriter under the name Dune Aimee.
By being active on stage and being part of the current music industry, she can bring her practical experience to her singing lessons.
Before attending the Leeds Conservatory, she studied part-time jazz at Djam and took singing lessons with various teachers. She also completed Level 1 of the Estill Voice Training Model with Marcello Zempt.
